Super basic mistake in several of the techniques demonstrated. If you reach up high with your elbow flared to try and grab the opponents head, you will get your back taken. Never reach up, break their balance downward and if successful, shift grips. Ask anybody who has experience with wrestling.

In order to make 11 work you must get your leg outside the standing leg then you have to pull the standingleg to you hindering the enemy who will almost always try to go backwards else this wont work comes from personal expirience

Well nice video, but... why do you say its a medieval wrestling when you implement modern elements? Why do you say its according to Lignitzers text, when its not. I dont get it... otherwise good job on the mat!

I'm not familiar with medieval wrestling but a lot of what they did was illegal or is not taught in modern wrestling.
