Vornado V-Flow Review | Large Tower Air Circulator | Fan Review | Model 184 & 153

I know this isn't like most of the gadgets I review, but I hope you guys enjoy it! It is a quiet-operation tower fan with true whole-room circulation. Over all the best tower fan I have owned. I been using this for a month and half now and have had absolutely no issues. Please tell me down below if you would like more videos like this every once in awhile.

I just bought this because my room faces west and its 90 degrees in my room. This fan really moves the air around the room and cools the room instead of blowing hot air around like my oscillator fan. Very comfy 70 to 72 degrees. No AC. It's 3pm and mutch more cooler than yesterday without it.

Thanks for the reply. Awesome video BTW. Just heard back from their customer service within 10 mins of emailing them: "There will be some resistance when you put in the screws. They cut the threads in the plastic as they go in and should be tight to the base when fully in." what great customer service!

This review would have been much better imo if you had the fan on during the review so we would hear how it performs, not just having it on for a few seconds. Demonstrating how far the air blew as well as how wide it blew as well would have been very valuable to me and I think many others. Still thanks for the review.

my family just bought one, probably in its latest model because this video is from 2012, but the air only comes out the middle of the fan. and it doesn't rotate which is NOT a plus. we were hoping that it would rotate. the remote and features are cool and a lot of air does come out of the middle section of the fan but i wish it came out from the whole top to bottom.

Thanks for the review. Just bought one of these fans and wanted to know a bit more about it. I'm legally blind, and it's easier to watch a vid than to struggle reading the manual. Does that mean I'm lazy? Lol!

a home ac unit uses way more electricity than a fan regardless so your saving whether its $3 or $300 a year right. it would be hard to give an estimate because weather is very random and that would play a major factor in how you would use it.

I just got this fan and I'm liking it so far, lv4 speed is strong AF. the only downside apart from it being a little loud ( at max speed ) is that it DOSE NOT rotate.( if that's a deal breaker for you ) overall 8/10 -Not bad.

I was excited at first. Connected everything, turned it on and was totally disappointed. The wind I pass organically is a lot stronger. Bringing back to Lowes for regular 12.99 fan. Maybe its just my unit but wont take another chance. Return!

The one I had, I used to take it apart because the dust built up so bad that it threw dust balls at my eyes. But it was a desk tower fan. Not even in the same league as this.

Just what 75' room did you test in? Most homes don't even have a room that's bigget than 30 feet. It's a matter of fact my 2600' home in Aliso Viejo' sbiggest room is only about 25' long. At about 3:31 in you video, you also say that you can "... feel it in your room at "60 to 70 feet away?" Our whole property outside, lengthwise, is only 60 feet long.

I purchased this fan 2 summers ago,I was anxious to get it home to set it up,well I would rate it 3 stars out of 5.The fan has 3 different speed settings along with a timer setting. I like the appearance but this isn't an important factor the sound isn't an annoying on the low speed setting but when adjusted to the other levels very loud to me where I must increase the volume on my tv.Very nice cool air but I really was tricked by this so call v flow feature. I don't feel it made this fan worth

Vacuum with a brush attachment after a few removed screws... pretty straight forward, just lightly tighten the screws and your set...

There are two things that people want to know about any kind of fan / circulator: 1) How cool does it make you feel? 2) How quiet is it? Given we can't experience (1) above in a video directly, (2) becomes more important... but you spoke all the way through the video so we can't hear how quiet or noisy it is...

Selecting it is a nice fan but I feel it is priced too high.Not an average fan but good enough for one person to cool you off.I don't believe this fan would cool off more than 1-2 people.If that's what you're in the market for.

If you adjust your t-stat to save money and add a fan, just how much electricity are you saving? 240 volt a/c is more efficient than 120 volt a/c. I am just adding food for thought so everyone will be more informed consumers. Read wattage of appliances and do the math.

I was actually just looking at new fans - I'm looking at Lasko's as it circulates about 200-300 cfm ~ 1/3 more air, and has a built in ionizer. My sister has the Vornado, or at least a shorter version, and is happy with it. This fan is worthless and I returned it. I have had many vornado fans and have loved them all, but this has very weak air flow. Now have a Honeywell Quietset 8 oscillating tower fan that really blows fast air.
