Your pronunciation of Yr Wyddgrug wasn't all too bad -- it's hard to write a completely accurate phonetic spelling due to the weird Welsh dd, but the closest is 'uhr wiv-grug'. Also, many thanks for answering my questions, and remembering me!

Also, on the subject of contemporary art: there's undoubtedly a tendency towards the abstract. However, there are a fair few living artists working in a hyperrealist manner (Ron Mueck is a prime example, even if not entirely traditional in his choice of scale).

Nice one Review Brah! And pretty decent attempt at 'Yr Wyddgrug'! My best way of translating it to how it's pronounced is 'er with-grig' But considering it's probably the first Welsh word you've ever seen that was pretty good! Although apparently Penguin is Welsh. Pen = Head and the word qwyn = white, they just changed the spelling to of gwyn but the pronunciation is exactly the same.. (Random bit of trivia for you there) Cheers for reading my letter, great content as always!

I enjoyed that excerpt of your story. Such an engaging concept for a story. I found the narration interesting because of how proper and distinguished it is. The character was a perfect match for this story because of how his preferences seem to be so specific and important to him, but in prison he'll have no choice of what to wear, eat, etc. Depending on how long you want the story to be, you should consider letting the reader know more about the character, like his age, job, if he has a family, and perhaps more about the inmate he's now become. The only other criticism I can think of is maybe cut out some of the words from the first few sentences to get into the story faster. I hope you write more.
