Vostok DivKid Trace DIY Build

Trace takes four inputs and interpolates them into a single output. You can move, morph, and scan between them, making transitions fabulous and variations intuitive. In this video I'm going to throw one together from the kit and show you how an easy build can produce a wonderfully useful and creative module.

I guess I should save my comments until after I see DivKids video. At this moment I'm a bit unclear about why a slider and the function of the adjustment knob. What I most appreciate about your DIY videos is that you discover the difficulties and find the remedies for them ... so we don't have to! Robin, you are a gift to our synth community. The inputs are being interpolated so you can use the fader to find places between the inputs. The knob is an attenuverter for the cv input (I think)

my way of making sure the six female sockets are aligned staight away is mating them all with the males and then put the other board on top. it might take a bit of faffing around making sure all six are upright and fitting in, that way I know it fits and no realigning. thanks for the vids
