In the Northern Ireland election, Sinn Fein is in the lead. But the figures also suggest another seismic shift in Northern Irish politics.
In the local elections vote in England, many areas have shifted away from the conservatives, with the South seeing a 7% decline so far.

They always have acknowledged this. The Unionists got way too greedy and have essentially brought their own downfall. Everything was perfectly balanced before Brexit the North was part of the UK and customs union so both sides of the political divide were happy . Brexit disrupted this and the fact the Unionists pushed for a harder Brexit shows their stupidity that they had no foresight of the impact this would have
