Be careful while leaning my bike over on the trail, careful not to scratch it !!

Kyle, I like it when you narrate the video instead of all live commentary. Your conversation, along with what's going on with the bike, is interesting!

Good to see Kyle going to linkage rear suspension instead of PDS. Not a PDS fan.

You'd probably be happier with the Yamaha YZ250FX model. Much more versatile and at your skill level probably a better fit for the practice track and it'll surprise you on the trail.

I'm 59 years old and just got my first bike, a 2022 KTM 150 XC-W, two years ago. Since then, I've raced Florida Hare Scrambles 5 times. I love the 150 in tight single track but feel at a disadvantage in sand and woops. I feel like the PDS suspension, although great for the tight stuff, wants to buck me in the faster straight-aways. I'm a new rider so what do I know? I'm already looking towards my next bike and think I'll be going with a model with link suspension, so here are my choices: Yamaha YZ250FX, Husqvarna 300 TBI or 350F. I really don't need much more power. I'm not good enough but a little more torque would be nice. Any advice? I'm 5'9" and 175 lbs. I felt I had to get a Seat Concepts "Low Seat" because of my inexperience and 31" inseam.

Take time to learn how suspension adjustments work and dial in your settings. 2 strokes will be less costly than 4 in the long run. Congrats in getting into dirt biking. Try other bikes of friends if you can, to get to see what is comfortable to you.

Kyle, I think there is a reason that the KTM family (Gas Gas, Husky, KTM) motocross bikes are NOT rocking the WP Xact Dual Spring forks and instead still have the air forks. The WP Xact Dual Spring forks come from the factory valved much more plush than the industry benchmark KYB forks. However, WP Xact Dual Spring forks do not have "hold-up", tend to blow through the stroke at speed, yet never allow full use of the available travel because of the HUGE hydraulic bottoming cups. These forks are also a terrible match for the 23 & 24 KTM chassis and the rear suspension. The front is easily over powered by the imbalance, hence the heavily re-worked KTM frame for 2025. And wait... there's more... The WP Xact Dual Spring forks are 10mm shorter than the air fork, giving all of these bikes thus equipped with a front-low characteristic (aka stinkbugging). I am going back to the 2019 - 2022 gen.

You said you were going to mix it up after doing so many KTM 300's and now what'd you get? Basically another KTM 300..... c'mon man! I do want to win it though...
