Vice Presidents don’t normally have very much of a public role. I think that they also pulled her back from the public eye early in the administration because Faux News was ranting every day that Harris, not Biden, was in charge. I like Kamala Harris and think she can still be a good VP, but in her second term she needs to carve out her own path. That she was asked such a softball question as 'what is your job' and you cannot answer but instead simply give a policy speech, is a big PR error on her part.
