Holy crap yes, I was playing a game and was running at 30 fps, and I have a mid to high-end pc so it should have no problem running at 100 fps on this game and went to look at my task manager and it showed that UltraAV was using a 11% of my 32 GB of ram running some sort of background process, instantly uninstalled it.
