It's so sad how people make jokes about this serious topic. The highest thumbs up comments are bad puns about feces, and they fail to comment on how beautifully constructed the video is. Thank you so much Kevin for this educational video I love this channel for that reason. I truly appreciate the time and research you put in this video. Thank you once again.

Speaking of Hundertwasser,we had a art piece called the Pavillion of Nature in my old New Zealand school of Birkdale Intermediate. The Pavillion of Nature was made in Hundertwasser's style,as he stayed in New Zealand. He was dead when it was built,but they found a document of him wanting to build it,so they did it and it was an EXACT REPLICA to his idea.

The last point he made is actually quite important to me. George Carlin made a point that graveyards and golf fields should not exist as large as they do or not at all. In my opinion, death is a part of everything we have to do with. Think of the places you'd liked to be buried instead of in a wooden box. You take up place & not even given back to life after yours is done. I truly believe if we are to make improvements in this world, what we value & our customs must change.

I arranged my burial at 24 to ensure I wouldn't have my body contaminate the earth with nasty chemicals preserving me, or causing air pollution when burnt. I get buried among native plant life in an unmarked grave with my approximate burial location plotted on a map. It is much cheaper than a traditional burial, but slightly more expensive than a cremation. I don't understand why you need to visit a body anyway, if you want to build a memorial dedicated to a person who has died where their loved ones can visit that makes some sense - but why the hell does their actual body have to be there?

Your public toilets are terrible then. Over here they are around shoulder height when sitting on the bowl and at least 20 inch away from the bowl itself. Having it hang is also a lot easier to pick and tear off instead of trying to get it when it sticks to the wall.

@NemorisInferioris8 жыл бұрын
+Justifyed Mattitude It's true. It was studied and they determined the fact that it takes longer for your eye to locate the toilet paper when it's faced inward, rather than outward. I actually saw a presentation about it at school years ago. Look it up. Anyway, I just prefer it outward because it's easier to grab.

Well personally speaking, if you read the manga, you can read from any point. Normally I would recommend reading from Parts 1-6 or Parts 7&8. But when you read certain points just promise me one thing... when a villain or hero does something last minute to save the day, say, "By the power of deus ex machina." Trust me, it's worth it. The Joke was from Part 5: Vento Aureo (Golden Wind). Have fun searching! :P

It sounds like the Humus Toilet would be a good idea for the drought stricken areas of the western U.S. Less water use and natural fertilizer to take to the farms. Imagine if a city the size of LA converted to this.

he doesn't seem to know that toilet water back-washes.. some amount of old water remains so it's never completely fresh tank water. -__- hope he didn't get a tummy ache from making this video. or maybe it's a fake display toilet lol or a brand new one so never been used.

I work at a wastewater treatment facility. We have digesters that anaerobically breaks down concentrated sludge. Methane is the primary product that we use to power the boiler that keeps the digesters warm and producing more methane. We would burn the rest of the methane in our cogens if we could get the methane clean enough to burn properly...

Would it be a good idea to build a device where you can collect water from the shower in a tank then use that water to flush the toilet. Simple way not to use clean water to flush imo

feces powered cars?
@LuckyGpMaker8 жыл бұрын
Why bother? If you can make energy from feces. You wouldn't need the actual feces. If people started to think more about this, eventually we could make energy cars that can go for miles.

I did say someone, not right away the catholic church. Because clearly some fanatics had their dirty hands at works there. Relegion never is the absolute culprit but extremist fanatics which can easyly find each other within the ranks of big organisations.Since the Catholic church was the biggest one out there at the time, we just happened to get almost all of em in one place. It's not the dumb kind thats dangoures- it's the intelligent elite that poisens itself with fanatism and nazistic views which than can easiely influence everyone with less knowledge and power.

Certain coastal cities use separate sea water system for toilets. It save fresh drinking water while it also cut cost in water and sewage treatment.
@coolsodapop128 жыл бұрын
It'd probably cost more then to just use clean water. To get dirty water specifically, or to make clean water unclean, get newer pipes, etc. It'd be a lot of effort for a "little".
@---rm2gw8 жыл бұрын
what are we going to do with it? pack it up and send it to India?
@markvillegas67728 жыл бұрын
Well the point of the clean water system is to help keep our environment clean. Cause we turn poop into electricity and fertilizer, cause we don't want to dump it into the rivers and etc. Also the water in your sink is also the water that they filtered from poop. But don't be afraid, it is clean.
@Fronk118 жыл бұрын
I could not concentrate on anything you said for 2 mins after seeing you drink water from the toilet. I was just imagining how hard it would be to fully disinfect such a bacteria filled place. Maybe it doesnt really matter if some is left behind because you wont get sick but i dont think that I could personally pull it off. Kudos!
