As cool as it looks having the train running down that corridor downtown (starts at 18:00) it is also annoying how SLOW it goes, relative to the other areas on the line.

They’re operated by a master controller handle with your left hand. The pedals are to control the bells and horn

@@AirAttackTransit and the handles are used to move it up to a certain speed, from what I've gathered. There's not a pedal for brakes, is there? I've had a few operators come to sudden stops.

@@emceevideography Yes, push it up moves it forward and pushing it down slows it down so on and so forth. Im not sure abt the sudden stops though. No pedals to control its movement that’s for sure. My guess is suddenly moving the controller from power to brake suddenly or track brake application. I’ve noticed in my videos the operator moves the handle up a bit before stopping completely.
