Vtech DS6151 handset set up

If your handset has the same serial number as the base it should be simpler to do the set up. This is only for the handsets that do not share the same serial number with the base. Hope it helps!

I had to press *331734# and then left button just like TheTurnerMe mentioned. Thank you to both you guys! I had 4 handsets that were still paired to the old base that had died. No way to use the old base to unpair the handsets. This method worked great!!

*** To de- register ALL handsets *** Press and hold the HOLD button on the base for 10 seconds Then confirm you want to unregister ALL handsets *** To register a new handset with the Base *** 1. Charge the handset fully - it will read "out of range or no power at base" 2. On the handset press *331734# and then left menu button under screen. Wait for the handset to restart. 3. Press the HOLD button on the base for 4 seconds 4. Press # on the handset and monitor for scree the registration to complete. The handset will be numbered sequentially, You may register up to 12 handsets

All the mobile phones I bought with the phone base were destroyed. If I only buy mobile phones, will it be possible to connect them to the old base I have?

This isn't working for me. I had to buy new base cause old won't turn on. I have old headsets registered to old base. I tried the code you gave and old headsets remain on Out of range screen, no change. Not sure what I'm doing wrong at this point.
