First time I saw this man on youtube, what strike me was not that he was publicly speaking but that he wore a suit and a Nike or addidas foot wear, second time he was talking about the first time he met Nelson Mandela and he was nervous, you've been if you see this message, very inspirational, and also have added value to society! Ghana🇬🇭

How do you build trust? 1. Be you, be authentic, be yourself 2. Be consistent 3. Own your shit: your misgivings, faults, fears, doubts, and screw-ups In all, ask yourself who's working through the people in your life at the moment. Are they doing God's work in your life, or the devil's work?

This is the most fitting, relatable and most authentic topic and video I've ever watched Vusi! Thank you for always speaking truth and sharing your experiences and wisdom. May God continue to communicate through you, to reach people like me who needs to hear these fitting messages. Interesting fact, and I hope you get to see this. In my therapy session today, "trust" was a very strong topic we discussed during the session.

1. You speak respectfully to each other; don’t talk down to each other; positively recognise and thank each other for team contributions. 2. You listen without interrupting; hold no side or competing conversations; follow the rules for effective meetings; attend the meeting on time; always work from an agenda and minutes are be recorded at each meeting. 3. be mindful: This means taking responsibility for your words and actions. Those who are mindful are careful and attend to what they say, and they don't let their own negative emotions impact the people around them.

I really don't know how many young people or South Sudanese 🇸🇸 are here following Vusi with his inspirations. The first time I stumbled on one of his public speaking or masterclass was where he recommended University of KZbin, next was when he had lecture in Kenya with young entrepreneurs. The other content I watched was when he had an online conversation with Sadhguru that conversation was so deep and top notch.💎 Keep it up, I am just following and applying some of the lessons I learnt from you. Thanks

I am currently working on consistency especialy at things that come naturally to me. I've seen it's one of the most important keys to success. If you consistently even do something you typically do not like or doesn't come naturally to you, you'd win over the person who was born with the same skill.

Authenticity is our superpower. Intuition is another superpower and it's the translator that detects INauthenticity. Also, if we're not owning our faults, we're not being authentic.

It’s 3:33am 🙏 a divine number for me... I do it instinctively by offering it first. I’m open and vulnerable. People are forced to come out of hiding when see you there, open. It does however put me in compromising situations. I’ve learned to say... I give you my trust, what you do with it, determines the outcome of our relationship. Because I don’t like living in fear or carry the burden of not being authentic.

This was good Vusi. I agree with you here... consistency is a kicker lol but it's definitely THE tool that has worked for me. Sometimes when life is DOING ME lol and I just don't have it (energy, motivation etc) and I fall off my game, it's that earlier repeated/consistent execution, that keeps my clients/peers/community believing/keeping their trust in me. In my line of work I've seen folks consistently implement initiatives for as little as 1 MONTH and fall off/ choose to redirect their focus on other things, and come back without an announcement, and people will RACE to be a part of their next initiative. #thanksvusi #thismsgwasforme
