Vtuber Agency sent Questionable Lawyer's Letter and Trying to Hire Minor? | Random Chat 250

So apparently Nijisanji sent a Cease and Desist lawyer letter to someone, and from the look of it, it seems to be more like a defamation letter with the order to ensure the person to remove the "context" which is hurting Nijisanji.
Also they are also seem desperate for a "FuwaMoco" that they are even fine with hiring Minor for their audtion at this point, which rub many the wrong way.
Funny thing was I guessed before that the C&D likely being a Defamation, as well as Nijisanji want people to join the audition...
So...
