The location where she’s witnessing it go down is the inferno rider location! So it makes you wonder how far she must have walked/travelled to get there. Considering she is made of pure energy, in a way, I feel like she’s the direct opposite of a TD yk. Maybe she manifested with conscience but no purpose until rover gave that to her. Who knows, maybe that’s the case with jue too since its still iffy about jue’s life before rover

@@doedoel035 Lament isn't even a "situation" it's a expression.. you are forcing it to be lament with those description when it's just easily replacable with any Disaster sounding name like Ragnarok/Apocalypse/Devastation and mix the words like the WaveWorn which is what happens in the lament. Wuthering Waves literally is the title of the game. And Rover said it in the Shorekeeper trailer and not lament. Japanese lament is literally "Sounds of screams" "Himei"

About Shorekeeper's identity.. I think she's Gaia, or "Mother Earth", as it's been hinted she's actually millions (maybe billions) of years old. I believe she's made of the Remnant Energy or "memories" of the planet itself, like a naturally occurring Sentinel, and that once Rover found her through their crazy strong resonance ability they gave her this duty to maintain the Black Shores. This made her feel at peace, as she could finally help her "children" and that allowed her to solidify her physical form on a more permanent basis, giving rise to the woman we see here as "The Shorekeeper" I get a vibe similar to yours: she's like a God, omniscient and omnipresent but instead of omnipotent, she's totally impotent.. A Deity who sees all, knows all, feels all, but can't DO anything at all.. that's why she is in such agony over the eons, and why she feels so indebted to us for giving her a purpose

she must have lived an awfully lonely life for many years, unable to do anything to help humanity. 😭 i think it's definitely worse to be forced to be an observer when there's so much suffering going around. i can't wait to see how her relationship with the rover is going to be written out!! after changli's quest, i am sure ready to cry. 🥹

@silopunk also, something most people aren't aware of is that the lore/setting of Kuro's original title, "Punishing Grey Raven" is insanely vast and involves all.sorts of hard sci-fi and multiversal wackiness; similar in spirit to the Honkai lore of Hoyoverse's games.. and if you analyze the lore we've been exposed to so far, especially in Act 5 and beyond there are a lot of parallels between WuWa & PGR that, assuming the lore is connected as it is in Hoyoverse's case, have fascinating implications for where we could be going

all the NPC & the works of wuthering waves are made with LOVE 🥹🩷 the game is sooo addicting! They listen to the players... I don't regret playing the game 🥰 Not everything is perfect, but Thank you for not giving us the bare minimum 🥺🦋💓

yesss i really love how kurogames has been telling the story! it started out slow, but it's definitely gotten way better now. i can't wait to see more from them!!
