KZbin tutorials are your best friend! That's how I learned. Practice makes perfect

Experimenting is key! Use people who inspire/ makeup style you find appealing as reference and find something that appeals to you as not every makeup style suits everyone for example the 'insta baddie' contoured and baked look doesn't suit my face at all but looks great on some people! Once you find a makeup style you like doing it overtime as you get more familiar with your face it will get quicker to do and you'll add your own twist to it subconsciously for example when I began doing makeup a full face took me usually 45 min-1hr and know it's 15min- 30 min. Also watch lots of tutorials ! Sorry if this long and rambly :)
