Intake temp stay much lower compaired to a closed airbox. I have a datalogger and a closed airbox heatsoaks after launching 3 times... Even on a standard fiesta st

Hi! Great videos there! I got a 1.0 ecoboost fiesta and in fact one of my first mods was the itg air filter. But i have always wondered why it sounds like in 5:05 ?? Because i have also seen some doing a psshhh sound instead. Cheers!!

They'll have an aftermarket blow off valve or recirc valve installed, mine does the "psssht" sound instead

@@tobyyoung7962 all I have is the ITG Induction kit which allows you to hear all the intake noises and sounds, but I also have an upgraded recirc valve which is the GFB DV+

I intend to fit this in the next couple of weeks. Running Collins CP2 and they claim that I can expect 10bhp gains with the itg intake alone as the map adapts to hardware. Can I really expect that? Is the stock intake really that restrictive?

Stock is very restrictive!! you should see a nice increase using this combo

VUDU Garage Had it fitted a few days ago. I did notice the increase :) It’s genuinely made a noticeable performance increase! It’s not as loud as I was expecting, in a good way.

With the ITG if you pressure was your car the filter gets soaking wet. I checked mines after washing it by removing the headlight. Makes me wonder just how wet it would get if it was raining heavily.

If this was stage 1 tuned, would that mean that the 15 odd whp you gained would be less? Comparing the difference between a tune on a standard car to being tuned with an ITG?

You’ll certainly benefit more from our stage 1 tune however when you add this also it’s a really great way to make about an extra 10-15hp

Had itg and it’s was ok the noises it made sounded pants. My mountune airbox produces better consistent power. Don’t believe in the hype it makes it just a noise thing.
