Tried your "contact form" on webpage, but it wouldn't accept my phone number, so it wouldn't work. I have a VW Manx with 2275 motor. I saw your fuel injection "kit" My "problem" is the distance above the ports/heads to the rear body work. I can't use standard Dual Carb Weber setups/air filters on each side because of clearance. But, your kit may work and I'm assuming better drive-ability. What would the kit cost to ship to Ohio/USA 45327. Thanks, Tim

Yes, we do offer a complete drive-in, drive-outprogrammable EFI conversion for the Type 1 engine to include the following:· Canems Programmable ECU & Custom Wiring Loom (installedand fully mapped, including dyno print-out);· Custom VW Throttle-Body Intake Manifold(s) & Throttle-bodies (complete with injectors, throttle position sensor, throttle cable, etc);· Wasted Spark Distributor-less Ignition System (DIS) - inc. coil-pack, bracket, HT leads, distributor bung, etc;· Trigger Wheel, Crank Sensor & Sensor Bracket;· Bosch EFI Fuel Pump, Inertia Switch & Fuel Lines. This would cost a total of £2800 plus VAT.On the 1957 VW Beetle in our KZbin video and in the Volksworld magazine (Feb.2016 issue) we fitted individual throttles per cylinder. This is good for absolute maximum performance but requires more maintenance, requiring you to balance the throttles regularly. We have since developed a manifold that locates 1 twin-choke throttle-body (1 throttle for each pair of cylinders) in the centre of the engine, this gives a smoother idle and requires much less maintenance. We can offer either option for the same price.The complete kit to fit yourself would cost the same price, £2800 plus VAT. Postage would be at additional cost.If you would like to build the kit yourself, we can supply individual components such as the Canems ECU. Cool , but not old school. VWs need IDAs, IDFs, or DCNFs. And 010 distributors and to really be correct. If you want a electronically controlled car that runs correctly buy a Toyota.
