Hi Music connect , I would look behind the fuse box there's two relay's switches one is for the dimmer switch & the other one is for your turn signals brake lights etc so I would replace them & see if that fixes the problem.

Are those empi or oem tail Lights?

I purchased them thru Busdepot i believe they are OEM

I have a 75 camper to that hasn't been on the road since 1994 which I'm trying to figure out why neither one of my tail lights or any of my blinkers aren't working.

Could be a multitude of things, I would start with fuses, relays and bulbs. If that is not the cause then it would be a bit of wire chasing me.
