Thanks for a very very quick reply !! that and that alone means a lot = customer service !! they have diagnosed it VW they say the Steering column needs to be changed .but the ATU (who changed the wheels ) which is a big national car service center found all over Germany actually deleted all the Information after attaching the Digital device to look at the problem on the car computer..it is very possible someone tampered with the car . there have been complaints about this company before..

Hi VWGenuineParts. Could i ask you question please? I've just bought a second hand VW Sharan VR6 and teh ABS light is on. What exactly does it mean? is it a big job to fix it?

Hi VW Parts after having my tires changed From Summer to winter Tires i went to pick up my VW Golf 5 and on the dashboard was a Yellow steering wheel signal . This was not there when i took my car in the morning but on picking it up later that day it was there ...this must have been something to do with the tire change. i had just had the car one month and it had only 15,000 on the clock (2003 Golf 5). is there any way i can repair this.. a new steering wheel column cost 1,600 €

hi ,my amber airbag light has come on after i wrongly put the 10 amp fuse from slot 24 into slot 25,after having starting problems,i realised my mistake and popped it back into its 24 slot, but the air bag warning is still there is a computer job or is there a easy way of canceling the warning or is it gonna be one for the laptop to sort out???

Hi, I have a VW Passat 2004 which has a yellow warning light showing on the dashboard. I don't see that listed here in your video or website- is there any way I can email you the picture that I took from my phone cam and if you can let me know what it is ? It appears randomly sometimes.

i have a polo tsi 1.2. the epc light turns on and sometimes its off. i took it to a shop. i changed the sensor.. but the light is still on and off. can u tell me what's going on? i just got the car few months ago....
