Promoting a product with the worst customer service EVER. Have you tried contacting their ONE MAN SHOW in the US? He lables his emails "Mr. Barnett", he respnds once and then stops, does not read the emails but spits out one email with general instructions. The SD Card on my Icarsoft MBII was corrupted, I spent a week sending emails to this Barnett character and no help whatsoever. I am throwing this piece of junk and getting something more reliable. Bad mistake buying this product.
