Bad 75 valve can be fixed with blast of teflon spray in all lines, before had limp mode and strange noise on turn off engine.

Thanks for the video, I'm having great difficulty getting the vacuum hose on a connector behind the fuel lines along the firewall. Any suggestions how to get back there? Thanks

Look for a simple way to maneuver around things. You might have to remove a few hoses to access it. Just have patience!

Great Video! Today I replaced all of them with just the 3mm hose and now the car is not going as it should.. Would you mind to write down or suggest/make a video of how hoses goe, but all of them, and which ones are the 3mm and the 5mm ones.. PLEASE

Thanks! I highly recommend replacing one hose at a time so that you don't get confused. The smaller fittings will only work with 3mm hoses and the larger fittings will only work with the 5mm hoses. I will eventually try to make a video showing the differences.

I just decided to do it while I was in there. It's not necessary, but since it was about 20 years old, it was only a matter of time before I needed to replace it anyway.

Ok, so that's the anti shudder valve solenoid (ASV). The hose is 3mm and connects to the ASV over on the EGR valve. It's a short hose. I hope that this helps.

There's a large line that runs from the vacuum pump to the brake booster. Is this the line that you are referring to?

@@Corysdiyauto idk really, yestrrday i took a part air filter and maf sensor and i saw that 2 pipes were disconnected, i connected them, and today while i was driving i noticed that my brake is kinda hard and its breaking slower

Moin If I go full throttle without paying attention to speed 120/130.140 the vehicle shuts off the gas, it gets better when I turn the ignition off and on again and the same problem occurs when I step on the gas pedal. What could it be, there is no problem with my turbo

Zack Scott - Yes, it could. The N75 could be bad or your VNT could be stuck/sticking.

@@vampir335 It stands for "Variable Nozzle Turbine" and this vane mechanism can jam from carbon build-up. This is why it's important to accelerate hard once in awhile to clear some of the carbon out and allow the turbo vanes to move more freely. I hope this helps you.

There's not a line in the ECU on the mk4's. I think you are referring to the mk3's. They had the little vacuum line in the ECU.

@@Corysdiyauto I went to another shop and bought 3mm and 5mm but after i checked all the lines from the car i found that 1 that conected to some valve broke along with the plastic from the valve, and i am trying to replace that now

Puka 6000 - The plastic gets brittle with age unfortunately. I was a little worried when I replaced my vacuum lines, but I luckily didn't break anything.
