Hi Bjorn, What would be really useful would be a spreadsheet showing efficiency against price. This would allow viewers to rate EVs based on how much value for money each vehicle provides. For instance, in the noise test in this video the best performer is Tesla Model X and one of the worst is the MG ZS EV. However the difference in cabin noise is less than 3% whereas the difference in price is over 300%. This means that every 1% gain in noise efficiency costs approximately 30,000 Euros when comparing a cheap EV against an expensive one. As I say, it would be interesting to do this for the other tests you do to show how much 'bang for your buck' you get in terms of range, speed, charging, etc. I suspect, from the tests you have done so far, that the ID3 or Ioniq will prove to be the best value overall.

@ΘάνατοςΧορτοφάγος

Anti lock / ABS has nothing to do with traction control. As standard, traction control is always on. EV cars are often equiped with eco tires, which have lower rolling resistance, but also slightly less grip. You should just accelerate not so hard.

It's front wheel drive, so, you'll just have to learn how to live with it. Even grippier tires may not not do away with the problem entirely. I hear the Kona is a real disgrace in that department. Just try and accelerate slowly and gradually. It will be very interesting to see how the ID.3 does in winter but I'm sure in the future more and more EVs will become rear wheel drive.

About 38.000 € for this car and without a backup camera? And spend about 6000€ more for the lowest trim to have one? @@MayContainJoe Why should I waist time doing that? You're trivialising a feature that, for instance, the US imposed on all new cars from 2018\2019 (based on the Cameron Gulbransen Kids Transportation safety Act) for it's pivotal importance in limiting "backover" crashes. EVs, as the next stage in automotive transportation, should set the standard in safety, basic comfort and performance. By treating certain features such as the one discussed as an option, car builders are also treating safety of pedestrians as an option. And yes, paying 38000 € for a BEV such as this and without a backup camera is robbery.

In the state of today's technology and the widespread presence (that even became mandatory in the US) on all levels of vehicles of back up camera, there is no excuse in 2020 for a 38000€ EV to not have it as standard we the added fact that they skimped on the cockpit's quality.
