VW New Beetle, BIG MISTAKE; Worst car ever

I bought this New Beetle at a car auction for a very low price. What can go wrong? Well, this is by far my worst buy ever. It is in such bad condition that I will send it to the scrap yard! In this video you'll see whats wrong with it.

I agree - the VW New beetle is poorly made inside. The trim is plastic that breaks very very easily. I have one and i am not happy with it.

For a 99 with almost 300 thousand miles, that's actually in pretty good condition. aside from the dog bites and rust. Also the air intake is missing a hose clamp where the sensor mounts to the piping, @ 5:01 it looks like it's only half pushed in the pipe. That would be causing misfires and probably the blue smoke.. Theres really nothing much wrong with it, you just needed to do a basic tune up and a junk yard run.

I will check that out to be sure. Thanks for the tip. For about 750 euros there are good beetles for sale, which is why it is not worth throwing money at this one.

Looks like some kind had it and trashed it. I have a 99 2.0 manual shift. Has 200,000 miles and still running strong with no rust. I get 53 miles per gallon on Highway. I put cool air intake and and cat back exhaust to get that. Fun car in the hills too.

They are supposed to be reliable. But this one was indeed abused by someone. I still can't understand why people do that. What color is yours? On a beetle people seem to be more daring when it comes to color.

@@Siemi1 Mine is Blue and Black. I have a Custom Cowl Injection Hood with Spoiler on the back . Tinted Windows and Custom Wheels. It's just a Little Project car but I enjoy it and love driving the little thing . Everywhere I go with it someone always trying to buy it from me lol.

It went to the junk yard. This one was severly abused by a previous owner. It is actually quite shocking that such cars are on the road.

True. This car was a mistake to buy, as I've shown. It is rare for me to see cars abused like this. As mentioned in the video, I send it to the scrap yard, to prevent someone else making the same mistake
