#StayHome VW Split Bus Rescue #WithMe
First of a series; recorded 3/13/20 - 3/15/20.
My responsibilities at a work event wound down as things were starting to tighten up in response to COVID-19. With the possibility of sheltering in shop, I called the previous owner of a ‘67 VW bus on site to discuss a possible sale. A few minutes later, Haptic Garage had a new project. The need for social distancing started becoming more apparent, and a new project in the shop made a bad situation much more manageable. In this video, we start the process of rescuing this bus from outdoor storage and turning it into a daily driver. At least that’s the plan. Experience the good and bad as we make the most of the circumstances, and hopefully come out the other side healthy and in a new ride.
Please make an effort to thank someone who is on the front lines of the fight against this virus. If that is you, thanks for being here for the rest of us, and please stay safe!

Great buy, I have two 1967 buses and both of them together is not as soild as what you have located. Looks like King Pins have some play. That one soild bus has great bones..i"m working from home and have not left the house for 5 weeks. It still peaking in Iowa we had 189 and 10 dead today..There was a Tyson plant north of us they had over 500 workers test postive and two died yeatherday. Being 65 and having underlying heath issues , I will be working from home for another 4 weeks..

@HapticGarage
