Episode 6 of the Blue5 build.. This video is a little different from my previous stance plus install. Hopefully you will find it a little more useful when fitting yours. I managed to get my kit from Simon at Bespoke buses.

Nice tutorial ! May i just ad a small comment to the fitting process... Iff you are changing the standard shocks and springs for a lower /coilover setup ,then its wise to loosen the bolts of the wishbone (don't undo them ,just loosen them a bit ) . Once you have installed your lower suspension ,fasten the bolt's of your wishbone ,when the van is lowered down on it's wheels ...the reason for this ,is to remove extra tension from the rubber wishbone bearings ,so they will last a lot longer ( otherwise they are under continious stress ,and the rubber will tear )

@@joemc5238 have to say for the money there great, if installed correctly.. they get a bit of bad press on some of the Facebook groups but 9 times out of 10 there not fitted correctly. I’m happy with them an have another set ready to fit on my latest build too 👌🏻

Had Mine fitted about 2 Mts now, all spot on ,,, my only grumble is they are a little bouncy over humps and bumps is that how they are ?

In my experience yes.. if your gunning it low then changing the rear shocks to gaz short shocks is good. For the front a hub mod then you can add some tension back on the coil.. 👌🏻

Great video, super useful as I’m about to do the same. Like you I’m keen to not take the old strut nuts off for the sake of a couple of quid so do you know the exact size and maybe a link where you purchased yours

I’d recommend these all day long for the money, there not solows or b14’s but there also not 1000+ great bit of kit for 300 ish 👍🏻

@@danielwoolcock7267 personally I’d go for the street kit.. new top mounts and drop links. The proline gives you more adjustment on the rear and can go a little lower.. depends what your plans are…

You might want to try LED lights, fluorescent tubes may be the cause. Great vids 👍
