I used to do 4 wheel hunter alignments years ago, an absolute money printer. i run all my motors through my cheap mirror and laser gauges on the driveway because im tight.. you could always do it with a ball of string like the track guys do.. i love a 4wheel tracking, but i love my £160 more..

Hey plumpi 👍 kwik fit done hunter 4 wheel alignment on my Porsche a few years ago and I was impressed fancy bit of kit. My local mot place normally does my front tracking with laser gauges which I think it similar to mirror ones they still work good 👍. Haha I’ve done cheap tracking with long bits of steel from the rear wheels to the front seems to work ok 👍

@@leejames3614 I want Joey to be able to fix stuff when he gets older so if I show him what I can he can fix the wheels on my zimmer frame when I need one 😆 I’ve only produced 2 boys but I have a step daughter and she is amazing, don’t know if she would get dirty and help me thow she’s amazing in other ways ❤️. Great video Nathan good to see you teaching the apprentice, have done my fronts with the flea bay tool , and did notice the rears have splines so guessing that's for the 4 motion variant mines a T28 but appreciate the content as always .

Cracking video Nathan. Thats the biggest "no special tool" I have ever seen lol.... does a new arm not come complete with the bearing? Good seeing the little fella get involved and u used my favourite phrase I tell my kids "its nice to be nice"...manners cost nothing.

Thanks mate and haha you’re right my special tool is way bigger than the actual tool 😆. I havnt looked into new arms but they probably would have a new bearing. I really enjoyed making that part of the video with the boy and he enjoyed it to. I want him to drop up and be liked for who he his so I try to tell or teach him something everyday 😊

Great job there Nath. Lad got the moves🕺🏻 I did my hub beari gs using 'the' tool, but still needed a 2 metre scaffold pole hanging off the drivers side to remove😅. Didn't snap it though😅 Found them more tricky putting back in as it was easy to get them slightly on the squeif, so had to back em off, push em in...repeat, repeat😂. Another entertaining video m8. What's coming after the bearing job?

awesome videos buddy! im going to tackle this on the weekend, one question, as you need access to the bolt by the normal jacking point where is best to put the axle stands. also, is there are place to jack up both back wheels in one go? thanks mate!

Hey bud thank you 👍 that is a tricky one regarding jacking points when playing with the wishbone bolts. I would use a long piece or wood to spread the load then have it jacked and axle stand on the wood on the sills, hope that helps 👍👍

Hey bud yes 👍 all other vehicles have massive c clips but absolutely nothing on these, I will check them in a few weeks just to double check they havnt moved outwards at all cos that would be a bad day 👍

That’s a long way around doing the job. Also pushing a bearing in like that will damage the inside of the race causing small indents from the balls that will quickly worsen and cause bearing failure. I know from previous experience 😅
