I have been viewing Swamiji's videos for some time. In the abscence of a personal Guru, I have been following Swamiji's 'The science of Life force' for practising Kriya Yoga. In fact, his videos and books are my constant companions. I do not find anybody else to blend knowledge and practice so well. Thanks Swamiji from the bottom of my heart!!! (I would be all the more thankful if Swamji offers Kriya Yoga for beginners as interns with him)

Swami ji... If one stops breathing in samadhi...how would he return to life...he may forget to inhale....will he die?? Also if one can control hot and cold feelings of body...why are you wearing thermal wear...?

Rawal Frazi This needs a lengthy clarification. In short I can say that the special breathing technique practiced helps one to automatically start the breathing when the body needs oxygen for survival. Again those who fear for death, this is not the path for them. One is not advised to control hot and cold feelings, only to be aware of the feelings.

Once you practice Hamsa Sadhana for a period then you can learn Vyana Vikshana in just one sitting. Then you can develop depending on your practice.
