For a learning run yall doing pretty good, but a couple thing that can help you: G1: - you can save nineveh for dmg on maze instead of other health bar since you know that there she wont move, or if u want to burst and see the stagger bar is low you can do wei and the mech wont even happen; G2: - sleep bombs are a must for every member since you're gonna do all the mechs and most people forget to move to the corners when they have the purple/pink circle under them, its a debuf that will put a pudlle beneath them when the timer runs out and that pudlle will increase your pink bar, when full you will be chamerd and turned agains the other players, 2 ways to end it are getting someone to throw a sleep bomb on you or kill you. Overall Vykas and the next legion raids have most mechs being raid wide, wich means if someone fails both parties will be penalized.(for ex.: the look away mech it takes only one person to look at her and all raid will suffer)

G3 kakul is still probably the second or third hardest gate in the game (if you don't overlevel a lot)

Good run, you'll surely get it next time :) unlike Valtan, you can't get too hit too much in g2 here, because you ramp up meter and get charmed, so this raid requires a bit more caution with dodging patterns and putting away pools. Tip: for the final stagger mech at 0 bars, you can just look at minimap - it shows where the real boss is. Good luck on your next runs) PS I'm surprised you kept first raid cut scene, yet you skiped the good one between the gates :P

im having so much fun watching this :DD gives me so much dejavu from when i was progging this the first clear is always the most fun and often the most frustrating part my clown first clear took 2 weeks of trying 2 hours a day with my guild and it was so fun unfortunately for one of my friends clown was the killer for their enjoyment of the game but for the other 2 i still play with today so here is hoping that you stick with it and one day i watch you do thaemine for the first time too :D

At this point in raiding in lost ark, I would recommend you find someone experienced to be in voice with you while you are learning. This is not to take away from what you are doing, or say you need it. You made a really good attempt for sure! I suggest this because, they can call out all the mechs as they are happening letting you focus on the doing the mechs. After about an hour of them calling out the same stuff, you start calling it out in your own head. Its kind of like you start learning to think about the raid like someone who has done it over 1k times. Now vykas has been nerfed quit a bit, and I would say you could prob beat her on your own just pugging it, but the raids after vykas ramp up a lot. So I hope you do find someone to help eventually. It would be a great time to do it. Of course you are free to play the game however you want to. This just some friendly advise from someone who also plays the game.

Yo bro! Random super helpful thing, that the entire community sleeps on... FOOD! If you ever feel too squishy, pop a '[Masterwork] Master's Moist Omelet' (my fav) Gives a bit of main stat and +4500 Vitality, for 20min. And can be used on top of stronghold feast buffs, they actually stack. The downside with the foods is if you die you lose the food buff and have to pop another. Anyways, the Omelet's are like 300 gold for a stack of 10 on EUC server, but there's plenty of foods if you search the 'cooking' section on the market :) I highly recommend them for progging later on if needed, especially on ilvl!

Secret technique: on that last phase if you look on your mini map when she spawns the images of herself, you will see the boss icon on the correct position. Hope that helps!

She started the mech almost exactly at 3 o'clock and her icon on the minimap takes a while to move to the 0x position that's why everyone went to 3 😥Normally her icon is in a more obvious spot around center at mech start so you know its not her 0x position.

BTW you need minimap for vykas because on last stagger mech g2 you can see where the real clone is with minimap. Also this raid if one does mechanic wrong all of you get punished for it. Oh and Fun fact that this raid is so nerf rn when we got it first to the west + you have the buff (I think it's called procyon's blessing) which increases you defenses so much that bridge mechanic doesn't even damage you properly, so without that buff you would instantly killed. Battle items for this raid G1 Hp pots, Timestop G2 Hp pots, Timestop, Sleep bomb (sleep bomb can be used to sleep players which are seduced), whirl wind ( for stagger 0x mech).

i could give you some tips for reaper, you want nightmare on the boss if there is no counter available so you can instantly swap position if the boss turns. second option if nightmare is on cooldown or if you need counter available is distortion, you dont walk with reaper, either nightmare distortion or space bar, your red skills should always be on cooldown and an easy way to look at rotation would be 2 red+ vortex, 2 red +vortex, reaper is imo top 3 fun classes

Just a tip, sprinters robe isn't that useful, I suggest bringing sleeps since that is going to be helpful for your MC'd teammates. Another thing I noticed is you panic dodge too much and get out of position. Vykas is the first Legion raid where you start getting more dependent on your teammates, so even if you do something right, you will get punished for your teammate's actions. Overall, good try!

I remember trying to do this one on release, without support.. really tight fight, so fun, i had to basicallt avoid every normal pattern to succed. Good old days, when a wipe was an opportunity to have fun....now i t s a shit show.

I don't know how much you are going blind or with guide, but one thing that helps me a lot is to watch the normal pattern section of a guide after seeing the patterns live. It also can help you with recognizing counter patterns. Most bosses don't just glow blue for the counter, but they have a recognizable move to it, which can get countered at a certain moment. Vykas G2, all of clown and Akkan G2 and 3 have a meter mechanic, and you need to learn to dodge most attacks, especially those that increase your meter. Learning which attacks you can tank and greed dmg or push immune with your spacebar comes a lot later, but it is something you want to master if you want to deal high dmg.

Also, the thing that killed you in G1 all the time, the donut mech, is actually really easy to read. The problem comes when 8 players don't know it and continuously kill each other. Be very quick on the timestop there, and you want to bring it for Red/black orbs anyways to cover for dead people.

Quick tip for your Entropy Class don't bother throwing ur red skills (dmg skills) if you are not behind the boss :)

at 0:40 you can just walk casually no need to dodge and you'll be fine

The only problem you will face is doing back attacks vs small size bosses that turn around a lot, such as Vykas and Clown. And well.... you seem to be enjoying reaper a lot, but it is so squishy. I am not sure what your item level is, but once you get to Clown, you will notice the dmg he does to you with the burn is insane. An advice for clown is to use purify rune instead of your bleed rune on the skill shadow vortex. Also a heads up for clown, as you know, he is the Mayhem legion commander, his raid is extremely chaotic, even tho it is a 4 man raid, it is more chaotic than any other raid, especially if you are learning it. Even with my friends, when we do our weekly clown runs with two characters item level 1540 + one character 1580, we still wipe a couple of times. Things can go really wrong really fast in clown.

Yall were so close last phase where she has no hp bars is getting her stagger meter (purple bar under healthbar) down the idea is to when she goes into clones you go for the clone that doesnt have pink highlighted and attack clone from the back then it is ideally to use wei after clones are finished

Ive been off destiny for months after playing since 2014 with no breaks due to how shit lightfall and its seasons have been. Lost ark has been of the games ive been on since then.
