I have been moved on to Amfexa after Elvanse. Soooo much better. Elvanse was causing my hair to fall out. This med actually does the job for me. Glad it’s helping you too xx

Ooh girl I wish I had your genes lol. My body is so much the opposite. I can be fit but I have to work at it. I store fat WAY too easily . I'm working on a thyroid issue, it's just very frustrating. I seem to have a naturally low metabolism. Oof. It's not the worst thing but it is an annoying thing. I eat a very average amount, I'm actually pretty careful about what I eat and yet I have had really excessive weight gain over the past 5 to 10 years. Hoping soon to get a handle on it with a combination of my NDT, levo, natural supplements, and my ADHD medication which should be coming next week.

How did elvanse weaken your heart?.

Hiya, thanks for commenting. Stimulant medicine can put a lot of strain on your heart due to the very nature of the drug. They increase your heart rate and blood pressure and if your body cannot get used to this or is sensitive to this, it can in certain findings, increase risk of heart attacks and other circulatory system issues. My heart didn't cope well with Elvanse - after a while of taking it and having horribly elevated heart rate readings, it left me on the floor with my heart rate so slow, my limbs numb, I was in so much pain and was shivering from cold during summer. This doesn't happen to everyone though. That's the point of titration. See what works and doesn't work for you! Hope that helps. Sending blessings your way ★

@Jess Aspey mostly just once a day as I only really need to be wired in for about 6 hours at a time If its an intensive day and I'm really struggling, then twice But I've only done that two times in the last year of taking this med! Hope that helps!
