I've been on Vyvanse (under the name of Elvanse) for three weeks now, after receiving my ADHD diagnosis. The effect blew my mind, this is life altering.

@@adhd_coach_nic Things happen like my wife reminding me to clean up cardboard boxes after unpacking something, and I had already done it. She was almost shocked, it's not how she knows me. Finished some massive paperwork that I had procrastinated for months. Stowing away the groceries after shopping is something I just can do without having to spend a lot of energy to make it happen, it just happens naturally. Organized some complex medical stuff that would have taken me weeks otherwise. It's like someone turned down the dial of game of life mode from hard to easy!

3 weeks it’s gonna feel like that. Wait until 6 months.

I’m about 2 weeks in to starting vyvanse and so far it’s been a mixed bag. Pros: able to think clearly, able to prioritise, getting shit done, decreased apetitie(I’m obese) Cons: anger/iritability, too much energy at times, jaw hurts, insomnia The cons are all getting better by the day. My overall opinion is a positive one though

I'm so grateful to hear its working for you. What led you to take it if you don't mind me asking? What were you struggling with?
