I’m a Japanese who is living in Australia. That’s point that it depends on person. It happens everywhere and anyone who has sensitive personality argues that a long period of time😅 If someone acts disrespectfully towards you, it's too disrespectful to that country to say it's racism. I think racism is a tiny thing, just because we are afraid of each other. I’m sorry long sentence 🙏

I think so too. I would say people who engage in discrimination often lack a deep understanding of other races or cultures.
I can totally agree with you, and I think you consistently make valid points.Particularly, with regard to ‘smell’, that’s what I wanted to emphasize.Thank you for reviewing this sort of video.
When it's not crowded, Japanese people have a habit of sitting one person apart. That's because I was taught that hitting your opponent with your elbow or knee is rude and bad manners.

Honestly, i don’t care myself either. When i was on the Shinkansen from Fukuoka to Osaka a Japanese woman came sitting next to me, she didn’t care if i was white and have a lot of tattoos. I think a lot of tourists also forget, on a train in Japan (and South Korea as well), you don’t talk it’s not like in the west and i really like that.
Japanese people who are not used to communicating with foreigners may keep distance unintentionally on the train. This may just be a communication problem though they don’t need to use English.
