A few days ago during Yunfei's live chat on Bilibili, I sent a paid message asking about this: "A lot of bros on KZbin are waiting for updates on the English channel." Yunfei laughed and replied that the main reason is a shortage of staff (seems like the Geekwan team isn’t very big). Another reason is that there’s basically no positive return from it, so until the team expands, it's tough to keep updating it. He also mentioned he's pretty tight on time himself.😂😂😂

@@ThorneHarrison thank you for the information. Considering their level of quality, good subtitle is enough. Let's hope they will become big enough to reconsider this position.

He seems quite open and "not forced" to answers these questions tbh.. Great interview! Though the prices for the flagship SoC's have been rising, I believe the development of newer and more efficient and powerful yet more expensive chips ends up inevitably affecting the mid-lower tier for the better. If you take a look at the Snapdragon 7 lineup their performance to price ratio is quite good, and they wouldn't have existed if the flagship SoC's didn't keep pushing barriers
