一直好想挑戰古早味蛋糕,但搵左好多個食譜,都唔難發現口感濕潤既方法都係用油燙麵加水浴法,而且油既用量驚人到令我一直卻步...... 但原來明白左燙麵法既原理,再經過多次既嘗試,終於試到一個好適合我既配方,只要4種基本又簡單既材料,就可以唔駛再排隊買古早味蛋糕喇!有興趣可以睇片試整~

110克牛奶 110g Milk
75克低筋麵粉 75g Cake Flour
40克糖 40g Sugar
5隻雞蛋 5 Eggs
幾滴白醋 (可省略) Few Drops White Vinegar (optional)

*各牌麵粉吸水量不同,有需要請自行調整,以達到影片中黏稠的效果

各人嗜甜程度不一,食譜中糖的用量以正常量減半,有需要請自行調整糖的用量.
