Hey friend. Sorry to hear that. Has your transmission been serviced regularly? You may want to perform transmission fluid and filter replacement. Hopefully that helps. If not, then you may need new transmission conductor plate.

Mine did that too. It had an associated transmission warning light. They call that limp home mode. It allows to limp off the freeway to somewhere safe. You were lucky that the code didn’t lock. I had to change the magnetic speed sensor pickup in the transmission. It’s under the valve body. The dealer wanted $7000 to fix it. I fixed it for $28 plus transmission oil, filter and gasket.

@@grumpy3543 We have the code it needs conductor plate solder £400 not bad 🙏and yes doesn’t go limp mode restart the car fault goes.

The LED should be canvas compatible to avoid error message coming up on the dash 👍

They are canbus compatible. No errors, nothing. In the past I tried unbranded eBay LED lights and they were unreliable. Glad to have found this brand. I bought LED low beams for my Honda from them too.

Don’t forget to use dielectric grease or WD40 on the base of the bulb and the socket to keep water out.
