​@@krzysztofgraban Hello from Minnesota. I have a 2006 s430 W220 chassis and out of the blue my front passenger side door just stopped working. I've bought 3 different DCMs all 3 matched with the correct numbers and none have fixed the problem. All the fuses and relays are perfect as well. Other than that everything in the car works perfectly. I've been chasing this problem for a year and I refuse to bring it to Mercedes. I have the proper icarsoft scanner specifically for Mercedes and that door won't even show up on the scanner like there's no module in the door at all. Mercedes are beautifully engineered cars but when something goes wrong you darn near have to be a rocket scientist to figure anything out. I wish I could help you out but if I do end up figuring it out I'll definitely hit you back to give you the solution. I just wanted to let you know you're not the only one experiencing the door module problem. Have a great day! 👍🏼

My 2004 S430, like many cars, features a normal "courtesy shutdown" delay of 3 minutes or so for things like the radio once you turn the ignition off. One of those systems in my car is power seats (although I do not understand why). 3 years ago I replaced my drivers power seat control because that "courtesy shutdown" stopped shutting down, totally draining the battery within a day or so of non use. I also have replaced 2 alternaters and 3 batteries in the meantime because that constant drain must be super hard on these systems. So (as my luck would have it) now the power passenger seat "courtesy shutdown" does not stop drawing power after shutting down. My choices are to figure out which wire going to the harness (there are 7) is still live after shutdown, cut that and feed it directly to the switched wire to bypass the function itself. I am not that wiring smart so to me it is like defusing a bomb- so forget that. My other choice is to figure out which fuse operates the power seat and take it out until a passenger needs to change the seat position, and I do not have that many passengers. This video pointed out the fuse location, and I had it figured out in 5 minutes! I can not tell you how long I have been working to decipher this- but it has been a long time! Problem solved and I can move on with my life!!! THANK YOU for this video!!!

Any ideas, my 2001cl 55amg had lost dash bord info. I removed and cleaned connections etc and rebuilt..now works except back lighting.!! Next I lost control to all top centre dash switches inc car height etc hence car has locked transmission. I really need fix.. it's my shirley and valentine car with exception no partner and I would give car to someone and jump without car..lol

The socket itself is its own relay. It sounds confusing, I know trust me. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the hell an electronic relay sensor was on my 06 S500. But basically the brown little clip that the bulb plugs into is its own relay.

I have a 2000 s500. My battery completed died so I unlocked the trunk by connecting a jumper pack to the jump points under the front passenger floor mat. This worked a couple of times with no problem. I purchased a new battery but when I connected the jump pack to the passenger floor jump points, there was a spark as if I blew a fuse. Now with the new battery, all lights, doors and radio work fine but when I turn the key, it makes NO sound whatsoever! Somebody PLEASE HELP ME!!! 🙏

I just got a 2000 s500 and when I went to drive it today the passenger side went up and the drivers side is down. When I say that the drives side I'm saying the front and the rear. The hole side is down on that side and the other is all the way up. What would make it do that?

Something is wrong with your airmatic suspension. Might be a leak in the vacuum tubes or might be a bad strut. Good luck! Or did you ever figure out the problem?
