It is such a wonderful privilege to watch you cook on a steel stove that we got to watch you weld up and make, a mortar and pestle that we watched you construct, a brick oven that we all watched you build and then cook in, bowls that you made right in front of us, the shelter that you cook under, the paddle wheel water powered rotisserie that you made in the forest and many, many more wonderful devices and structures that I and all of your viewers have been able to watch you build out of almost nothing. I feel the magic of your show, is the fact that you build, from natural resources, almost everything you need to survive. You are an amazing Chef, Craftsman, Humanitarian... Truly a Renaissance man! Phenomenal cooking! I’ve seen similar recipes from other cultures but I have to admit this is the first time I’ve seen bone marrow, steak, seared/roasted vegetables including potatoes in a sandwich. That looked delicious and different from what other people are doing on KZbin. Keep up the great content and I love the way you don’t acknowledge the camera until the very end. I also love the goat you treat as a pet. Very wholesome living with a lot of beautiful scenery.

Heartwarmingly extraordinary! Chef Tavakkul certainly puts his heart and soul into his delectable foods. Commendable passion! The videography is consistently magnificent and I just have to mention the shots that make this video utterly alluring: 1) the boys taking their sandwiches from the chef’s own hands in his charming rustic kitchen speaks a thousand beautiful messages-the chef’s obvious generosity and love for the children and the children’s reciprocal affection for him and their ease and confidence in his presence, 2) the much-awaited intermission which is Mickey (KZbin’s celebrity goat) and his friends: sheep, puppies and mature dogs). The close shot of the mother dog (white with black spots) in slow motion is beautiful. 3) the panorama shots of the chef’s haven shows us the improvements, the stretch of the stonewall is beautiful, the close shot of the running “faucet” is a wonderful break from the food preparation task, even the panning of the fence made of mini-bamboos or reeds (not sure), there’s beauty in that, 4) the still life shots of fresh vegetables in a wooden tray on the kitchen “shelf” by the logs and the stack of cooked sliced tomatoes with the distant mountains as backdrop-these charms are noticeable, 5) the rose thorns! Only a poet behind the camera finds beauty in a thorn, 6) the leafless branches lacing over the pile of stones-what an eye for beautiful details! 7) a medium shot of the boys eating their super treats, sitting on cut logs and the background view! Watching Wilderness Cooking is like an escape from our hectic city life and a momentary soul-enriching retreat in Chef Tavakkul’s piece of paradise. And out of respect for the Wilderness Cooking heart-and-soul cooking and top notch videos, this is the ONLY mini film that I watch WITHOUT clicking the Skip Ad. Yes, advertisers, your ads are watched here to the very second. If Chef Tavakkul and the WC camera team can give us these stunning films, we owe it to them to patronize their ad sponsors as well. After all, they cook not for viewership only but also for those precious children. NOTE: I missed the tea “ceremony” here. There is wonder and beauty in that as well. The samovar too. Oh my goodness! That wasn’t “super”, that was “SUPER DUPER!” Those roasted bone marrow looked awesome, but beef loin deep fried in butter was an epiphany for me! I’m am trying that for sure.
