My grandma gave this movie to me when I was 5 years old. I watched it all the time because of the clunky animation and soul sucking voice acting. It astounded me more then it entertained me! Unfortunately I lost it when my parents divorced, but I still remember that squirrel getting stuck under that tree and seeing his eyes flash red. It was one of the only things that stuck out to me. I don't even remember his name, well, NOW I remember it but still! And I always thought he sang, "about to tie your shoe" right before he shoved his foot in my face. And then the god damn background music! Like a bango playing circus! "And the mice. Will come. And drink everything." lol

That's it. I'm getting every copy of every Dingo/Phoenix film I can, getting my friends together and redubbing over them, sound effects included. I want to make it serious as well. I'm saddened by the fact that like no one else reviews Dingo pictures "movies". The amount of fun that could be had... But I'm glad that if only one did, it ended up being Phelous. Especially how you've kind of made Wabuu your own character in a way that really reminds me of Dolan Duk from that meme from a few years ago. Serial killer Wabuu is fucking hilarious. Wanna say in one comment that I really enjoyed your review of that pig movie too. I have a phobia of pigs but your review was so funny that I didn't mind. I love how we get so offended by words. I'm sure a gay in Chechnya would rather be called a faggot than thrown off a building. For fucking reals, though, offense is taken not given. I know of some examples of people of color who agree. SomeBlackGuy and SkyWilliams both think that holding a word like that so highly that even the mention of it throws you into a frenzied rage is fucking ridiculous. It gives the person that says the word have so much power over you. It's an insult, an insult and nothing more. It'd just be like someone calling me a fag. So apparently........the actors of Dingo don't know English. I mean that much is obvious, but if you read a sentence in a language you don't know, you aren't going to know the proper inflection of the sentence, where to put emphasis, etc. Hence why you get some really awkward line reads and mispronunciation of certain English words. So someone just translated the German to English and gave it to the actors who had to read it as they saw it. I mean that's my educated guess. XD
