wacom cintiq companion 2 edge problem

I had a weirder problem than this. i had touch disabled on my Wacom, but for some reason, on one side of the tablet, the touch is enabled when I try to rest my hand on it. I stopped the problem by finally getting my computer to recognize the touch driver and turn it off.

did you return the cintiq back, or fix this problem?

+Разум Улья (Berbekk), Yes I returned it back and recieved a new one. Everything is good with this new Cintiq! Works great!
