Interesting, Im thinking about that Ipad idea now, but maybe us the new Cintiq pressure sensitive stylus? curious on your thoughts, thanks.

yeah, that's not a bad idea! but it'll have half the level of pressure and, isn't it going to be laggy when connect to air display via wifi? I'm curious

At 2:07, You said that the back can be used to cover up the front, does that mean it snaps to the front and acts as a protective cover?

I use a Yiynona MS19u for $600 instead of buying a $2000 cintiq, I'd prefer Wacom but it's just a monopoly for them for the products they don't exactly push too far forward on each refresh or unveiling. This products neat though so thanks for the preview Matt ^^

i got mine for 55$ a couple of years ago, but we need one with a built in screen, like the Cintiq 12", but cheaper, and with 7" IPS android tablets out there for ~200$ all we need is a good pen and some way to use it as a (drawing) tablet, like with some app. This will happen one day. (hopefully soon)

i think he wanted a cheeper type of cintiq, like a bamboo with a screen.

because its a different drawing experience to using a cintiq... But the surface does have better specs then the companion....so only time will tell. ;/

very interesting but i only WISH wacom would use the same business model as porsche and offer SOME cintiq like device at an "economic price..." at this rate either Google or Apple is going to beat Wacom to the punch and then its lights out for Wacom :(

no it doesnt and i think Wacom have made a big mistake or rather they dont want to interfere with their other cintiq tablets. The android cintiq does work as a standered cintiq however....but its kinda pointless for me.
