Just so everyone knows: women actually may not show ANY "signs" of pregnancy, or not those traditional signs. There are cryptic pregnancies that are usually from a woman that has a uterus that leans back into the body rather than pointing out, thus never showing a baby bump. There are cryptic pregnancies where a woman will continue to have regular periods and have little to no symptoms save for maybe gaining a little weight or being more tired. These aren't exactly normal but they certainly aren't uncommon (unlike many men, specifically politicians, want you to believe).
