Like all paint sprayers, my old Paint Crew needs inspection, especially after sitting for a long time. They work under high pressures, so valves, seals, hose, and gun should be checked, and damaged parts replaced.

I'm glad to hear that! One thing to note- the 20 year old hose that looked great on the outside, was bad on the inside. First load of paint, it ballooned in six places and burst when pressure built up. I quickly ordered a cheap $20.00 hose with next day delivery and back in business. Literally saved thousands by painting the house myself.

i always drop my outlet valve in a glass of deisel oil and fill the inlet valve hole up with deisel too

How long did you have this unit before you had to order and change these rings and valves? Do you think it is worth buy a second hand Wagner control pro

I bought the sprayer new and painted my house. I didn't pull the valves to properly clean and preserve. About 10 years later I used it to paint an inground pool. I found the valves crusty, and had to replace. I dumped in some lube when I was finished, but as you see in the video, 5 years later it was very gummy. So, they were replaced again. This is an old sprayer, so I thought I was smart by adding a fresh gun. I had no clue the hose was rotted on the inside. I already owned the sprayer, and it was worth the $85.00 to keep it going. All that being said, Control Pro is still being sold. It looks like Lowe's is listing it for 200 bucks. If you can find one used that is clean and cheap, you might get lucky. Otherwise, you might be adding 85 on top of what ever you paid.

@@callmemike6171 Thanks my brother,I live in The Bahamas,I saw one on Facebook that I liked, a guy that lives here is selling his for $260, however shipping to the islands is expensive,that's why I asked the question. Greetings, I am looking for the piece of that machine that is used in the middle of the motor and the pump, which is a plastic packaging.

That sounds like a coupler between motor and pump? I could not find a parts breakdown for our sprayer. Inlet and outlet valve is the most parts companies are offering. I expect that even when under warranty, they were only repaired at an assembly level. Otherwise, I would have at least found a trail of "discontinued" parts. Sorry.
