Up until now, I felt like I didn't have a clear enough framework for the quality of a playbook and this video breaks that down along with key insights from Bella, Lance and Nathan! Appreciate this video!

Here's a script to alert to a setup like that, NG "NATURAL GAS" (above 5-Year highs) & (2%< greater close), above the 20-day 2nd Standard Deviation high on the Daily Bolonger Band. The 20-day moving average 30< degrees angle)). That should alert someone to this style of over-extension trade.

Great information. The most important takeaway for me was the comment on FOMO at 31:25. I've been caught more than once being anxious, trying to catch the turn, and not waiting for it to happen. Ideally, I would like to commit to a trade strategy, then configure a BOT to execute the strategy and take my emotions and 2nd guessing out of the equation in the moment.

Great discussion Gents and trade to the student. I liked Lance's comments using terms like "slope" and "expected value changing" in key parts of the trade once the underlyings moved. Good work everyone and thanks. Kirby

The biggest value for me in this video is the psychological impact. Seeing the structure and professionalism and discipline required to move forward in this business helps me to get in the right mindset. In other words it helps me to focus on what really matters.

thankyou! - only want to be shorting something that has a blow off move - blow off days might 2x the volume of prior day - intraday and daily line up - the v with the highest volume coming in, the break of the trend line and confirmation - be okay with missing a move if it doesn't setup your way

I enjoyed hearing Lance' perspective here, especially concerning the importance of scoring yourself on your potential, not entirely by the result of the trade even if profitable.

Great video. Also just fyi, KOLD is 2x leveraged (not triple) and the inverse of that is BOIL (Proshares 2x bull). ComETFs can be confusing af and gotta watch out for the illiquid ones

This was a great video. Thanks for sharing this. If I would be in the US I would really trying to enter your firm. I am also a reversal trader. And I know how important it is to include all this overall stuff like daily, weekly and fundamentals maybe too.. But my problem is, while watching only for intraday setups there are only a few good possibilities. If I would start incuding daily, weekly and so on too, the possible trades would decrease to... I don't know... maybe one a months? How will you ever get a trade selection with a couple hundred trades? This is why I often focus only on the intraday chart.

Hi.. I want to make a suggestion.. Instead of paying for Netflix...would be possible for you guys to make a video series of newcomer traders to become big money earners.. I would easily pay a monthly subscription 😊💯 A camera following this traders from the screen to the conference room..tactics they use and all the ups and downs.. I believe that would help us a lot and you may make retail millionaires too.. Just a thought 💭 BTW I am very grateful of your work and what you are giving us!

This was so instructfull to me that I wrote to my trader partner and to him to watch it and put himself in Nathan's shoes. As though we were being "interviewed" about some our recent trades.😮 Thanks for the work you and Lance do for us "grinding " traders.

This is really good! I think the format is fn-great! If this is what it's like in the program you offered through email invite a couple of weeks ago, you have piqued my interest. I would like to see more like this. I honestly, don't thinks I could handle that level of feedback. Not a problem intellectually; totally get it. Emotionally, that would've been a hard grind. Kind of, actually, was. It was stated at the beginning that there were 10 factors. I was keeping a 'loose' running average of the scores, and figured he'd just edged out a 'winning' score. I was floored when the score wasn't even 70! Then, in the final analysis, two of the factors weren't even present. I thought," OK. That explains it. [tik,tik,tik] Wait! I missed two things?? Sh!t !! " I felt bad, for a 'minit'. It stung. Watching this gave me a glimpse of what you're looking for in a trader, and how you measure success/progress, and weighting. Really helps me in assessing {commitment level req'd v my willingness to commit} to be a trader for primary income. This added another dimension to the trade breakdown videos.

Can u do a video or short on what software u use to record your screen.
@smbcapital
@smbcapital 2 жыл бұрын
yes we could probably do something on this. One method we have been using is OBS (free to download). You can select what part of your screen you want recorded and can also privately stream to your KZbin channel where it's automatically archived. Probably something we can cover in a future video. this method is great for auto archiving videos.

Yes OBS is great and free. I put a face cam on mine so I can literally see how I looked while trading. Did I look anxious and figgety or was I focused and in the zone type of thing.
