Even though it'll never happen it's so easy to envision a little platform-action game involving Ruby like you said. This poor girl really got the short end of the stick when it came to everything.

There's a kaiju fighting game called GigaBash, its kinda fun but not as good as the old godzilla console games. And they have added Godzilla as well as Ultraman DLC, and just recently they added a power ranger like megazord and monster (apparently they couldn't get the rights of power rangers so they made similar characters to add to the game) Maybe just maybe they could add Ruby Gillman and Nerissa since both fit perfectly for a kaiju fighting game. When I think of a ruby video game I think of those old godzilla console games where ruby fights nerissa and maybe other sea monsters. But yeah we can only dream for now... anyways nice video Blaze!

I played it once about a month or two after the movie came out. I didn’t enjoy it then because I didn’t know what I was doing or how to control it. I played it again after it was mentioned again on the Discord server a few days ago and got a score of 1103 on easy mode. And that was probably a fluke (pun intended) because I still didn’t know what I was doing. Still, I think the game is worth preserving as one of the few pieces of ancillary RGTK media, though I don’t know how to extract source codes and stuff like that. I’m surprised you were able to find the Grandmamah sprites. Maybe she was supposed to be playable at one point, which adds an extra layer of mystery surrounding the game’s development. I wish Agatha was playable too and that Chelsea could have triggered her titan form for additional difficulty later in the game. And I mentioned in one of my videos that I too wish Ruby was in the DW All Stars Racing game, and that the movie had a more robust action platformer game. Much like Trolls: Remix Rescue or the DW games I played when I was a child like the KFP, Over the Hedge, Shrek, and Madagascar 1 and 2 games.

I never watched Ruby Gillman, I think DreamWorks should give it and Rise of the Guardians their own animated series to flesh out the characters and make cool stories ( because they did it before for other films)

I too noticed that Ruby's camouflage is in the game but not in the movie which is pretty strange. Although the super speed managed to be in the movie, with Ruby swimming from the Well of Seas to Oceanside in theoretically 1-2 minutes (she also visually leaves a trail behind her when doing it)/Swimming against the current of the Well of Seas in the montage.

I recently play that game and I must say it’s really fun and I still enjoy Ruby Gillman movie as well. I don’t see any problem with it, since it’s just trying to be experimental with a kraken character. :)

While I don’t know that much about this film a film that was released by universal last year called strays also got a pixel style game on there official website that is similar to this and as the biggest fan of strays I knew about the game that strays got ever since it came out and I got to say it is a very good game with interesting style and since strays is one of my favorite films in general I’m so happy it got a game even if it was some small mini game to tie in with the film it still makes me happy it got a game might make a video some day about the game that strays got I don’t know the team that worked on the ruby gillman game but I’m convinced it’s the same team who worked on the game that strays got

They should have made a Ruby Gillman DLC for the Dreamworks kart racing game, like had it where you could play as both Ruby(who could use her laser eyes as a power-up) & Chelsea(who could use the trident as a laser blaster power-up), and additional tracks freaturing Oceanside(where you can see Agatha in her Giant Kraken form) & the Kraken Kingdom(where you can see Grandmama), such an underrated film deserved at least That!

Played it shortly after the movie came out and liked it. Took several tries, but I managed to beat it on hard. Also I don’t know if this is real or not, but someone claimed that Universal moved the RGTK copyright up a stage recently and that this will supposedly lead to merch or something. Maybe something to do with its brief success on Netflix. I checked it out and while I found the website and saw the date, I’m not sure what I was looking at.
