Okay, you're killing me..... The plant lover & porch lover in me says Yeah Baby... Definitely LOVE the master bedroom setup, and I love how big the mud room (utility room) is, also a huge fan of the backsplash in the kitchen the whole way up the wall to the ceiling molding and the built in banquet! This is in my top 3! Great job Chance.

Tons of natural light in this home. Big selling feature. The kitchen is excellent. The cabinets are high end. In the living room I’m not so sure regarding the two windows over the fireplace. I’d rather have a solid wall for a TV. The kitchen is well done. The cabinets are first class. I don’t have much more to add. The same rings through wit no sink in the utility room. Upgrade I expect. Nice home though.

Yes, I remembered when you toured this home. I do not mind all of the bedrooms all on the same side of the house, as long as the master is NOT right off of the living room, dining room, or kitchen I'm good! what I do not like about this house is the built in seating area in the kitchen's breakfast nook, I most definitely would not want that at all. I can't imagine that type of setting for big holiday dinners....

Love the semi open layout and that the home is not designed around TV viewing. I like how they put the windows where a TV would go, I'd prefer the windows. Even with it not completely put together, I couldn't hear the highway. Outstanding home!

Another beautiful home. The utility room could use a barn door and lots of shelves across from washer & dryer. Just a great layout, all those windows are wonderful, lots of light. Of course getting blinds for said windows would be a mortgage payment. 😁😂🤣😃😄 Thanks for the tour. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👋❤

LOVE LOVE LOVE the livingroom (saying alot since most of the time I hate fireplaces) and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the kitchen & where the dining area is & how they have it set up! Love the coffee nook on the right hand side of the microwave! Love the extra room in the laundry area, maybe for a extra little freezer I personally like the idea of all the bedrooms all on one end... 1st bedroom perfect as a guest bedroom... 2nd bedroom for me it would make a perfect office or crafting room Not real sure if I'm a fan of the master bedroom...can't quit tell how my king size bed would fit...???? Not a big fan of the porch off the master bedroom... LOVED EVERYTHING about this home until you got to the Master Bedroom and then ya lost me... but thank you for showing it God Bless

You've done it again, Chance! Twice in a week! Love, love, love this home! The only change I would make is to figure out a way to swap the master bedroom with the bedroom across the hall. I love the porch off the bedroom but don't want it in the front of the house. That porch would then be a perfect place for my morning coffee. Just need to setup a small coffee station in the bedroom with a small fridge for milk and/or cream. Thanks for showing this home, Chance! Can't wait for your next video on Thursday night!

Hi Chance to you and your family. This was an interesting tour today. I like the two porches, especially with the one off the master bedroom. I also love all the windows in this home. We prefer a split floorplan. I could see a home like this with a center porch and master suites on each end. One other missing room is a pantry. IDK if I can survive without a pantry anymore, especially considering the state of the world today. Another suggestion is use more pocket doors, especially for the closets. And I hate to tell you this but Cullen (sp?) steals the show when he is on, no matter what home you are showing. Those precious dimples and beautiful eyes are going to break a lot of hearts.

Small changes would make such a huge difference. Kitchen cabinets that go to the ceiling, eliminate the awkward island, wood look floors throughout, a sink in the laundry room, closet doors that open outward; altogether its a lot, I know. The windows, the porches, the front door and the general layout are fabulous.

What a fantastic home totally nothing I need more of. I would have it set up so it front would face the back of your property so the back door would become the front then you could free to sit out on your porch in ya night clothes in privacy. Love all the windows in this home. The living room is nice and big. I like the location of the kitchen. I love open floor plans but this one is a little different. Like it! Like the white cabinets. The main bedroom (no longer called the Master..??) is very nice. The other bedrooms aren't very large, but good enough. I'm more of a fan of split bedroom plan; but as you pointed out, for small children or babies having their bedroom close to the main is good. Love the double porches and railings. This is a very nice home!
