You needed to gather support you dont need to wait for the first leader to die. Also very cursed that Yamato isn't led by the Yamato Dynasty because you waited for the guy to die even tho he is supposed to complete the mission

Thanks for video, mod does seem interesting. Small nitpick - you do have centralize/decentralize population in the base game as well, and they can be quite decent.

This playthrough could have gone a lot smoother if you had read the mission requirements a bit more carefully (or if they were written a bit less confusing for non programmers). The requirement "is not Yamato Korei" only means that you need the support of two clan leaders other than him. waiting for him to die was not only unnecessary but probably made this a lot harder.
