Coming down scafell is a killer on the legs with all of those small steps… I remember doing it whilst on the three peaks challenge!

Oh most definitely. I felt it in my calves for a few days walking down steps. We saw a few people doing the 3 peaks whilst we were there.

Yes most definitely, if we left it 20 minutes later we would have lost the views as well as the cloud soon came rolling in.
