I just got news yesterday that my job of 11 years is surplus in me and I now have to move away from my family to follow where they've placed me...I'm single and in recovery for 12 years now and I'm a creature of habit.. I'm scared to death and deal with anxiety.. I've gotten away from my step work and your video today helped me to see that this just might be a fun new adventure for me and I need to embrace whst live has to offer. So with that all said I'm gonna start my step work and meditate to get ready for this move I have to make.. thank you for your inspiration

Im with you Kyle :) I did hypnotherapy 2 weeks ago and now do it for 20 mins every morning and 10 mins in the evening. During the day unthinkable about things I’m grateful about too. It does help the old anxiety! Plus I’m changing other things too :)
