Wondering if you would be able to do a video talking about "what you did then" vs "what you do now" in regard to your nutrition and workouts. You look AMAZING! I know you don't want to give to much of "the program" info away, but wondering what you changed that helped your body change.

@@maryline0113 actually, I didn’t ask her to share the workouts I asked her if she can kind of give us a synopsis of what she did then versus what she’s doing now. I also mentioned that I know she doesn’t want to give too much away about the program but if you watched her recent video, she did give us all of the exercises that she was doing for that day.

I am such a routine girl and I love morning routines the best. I need to get better at my nighttime routine though. 4 AM for me every day and EDM makes me look forward to waking up and watching a video while I start my day! I’m not even kidding. It’s the first thing I do. Open my iPad and watch whatever adventure you share with us every day 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️ I’m so jealous of your home gym. You two have really built it up to something fantastic! y’all are just the cutest together 💖

I feel youu!! I wake up at 5h45 every day from mon to fri to be at the gym at 7am. I work the corporate world 9-5 so training early in the am is the best for me. Gives me what I need to get trough the day!! Once I said the gym is not for me, I pushed myself to go in fev 2022 and now I can’t looked back. 😊

I have to so I can work from 5.30 to 3pm and then spend the afternoon with my child. Saves me babysitter money and makes me enjoy time with my boy, watching him grow up...and I always do more than I expect. After a while you get used to it, it's my normal now 😊

You must try honey with the Kirkland peanut butter on rice cake. It's amazing. You shouldn't take zinc with other vitamins. It blocks absorption. I believe it says that on each bottle! Meryl is THE CUTEST.

Good morning 5:15 am here now. Been up for an hour-my psoriatic/rheumatoid arthritis was like hell no momma-no sleep for you! Happens more than I appreciate 😂 love hearing Meryl 😻 I must say you look much more awake and vibrant than I ever do on my 4/5 am wake ups.

Same! Driving with a ponytail is an absolute no for me. I loved the chat at the about removing the built up weight surrounding a 5AM morning routine. It’s much more achievable this way 💛

Tip for the fish oil! If you put them in the freezer you won't have as much of an aftertaste! Doesn't affect potency or anything :)

As i learned recently from Mai Thi Nguyen-Kim (she is a german science journalist and chemist with her own TV-Show), you don't have to take more than 300mg magnesium per day. Otherwise it can cause you stomach issues or even be dangerous for yourself. Sending you lots of love from germany! ❤

I don't eat the ends of banana's either, I'm very sensitive to texture and taste and the banana's have a black tail running through the centre at the base that's firmer than the rest of the banana and can be quite bitter too

Great dedication to your routine, it is paying off! 💪 I just have to say... Maybe check with your doctor or naturopath about the amount of supplements you are taking. AG1 plus a multivitamin plus the extra supplements plus what nutrients you get from your food (since you have a nutritious diet) may be too much over the long term. Not all vitamins are peed out if there is excess. Stay healthy and safe! ✌️

I am so not a morning person. I've tried so many times to wake up earlier than I usually do and so far it hasn't been successful. I currently trying to wake up at 8am. My biggest issue is that I don't have anything that I need to get done when I wake up so I just have that extra motivation to help me. I love seeing Meryl in the videos!!

Such a motivational vlog, thanks for keeping it inspiring but real! You might like to try algae oil instead of fish oil for omega, or take them before eating. It helps with the fish burps 😅

I wish I could be that motivated to get up that early. As for the vitamins you’re not supposed to take all of them at the same time. From what I read you should take vitamin c,d b12 iron together and then magnesium and zinc together but later in the day. Unless someone told you that you can take them together?!

I use monk sugar its good can't taste the difference and its healthy-As the name implies, monk fruit sweetener is derived from the juice of monk fruit. @@Sun_Moon77 She’s 13y/o and has always been the only cat in a family ( I got her when she was about 5y/o ) so she’s not used to other cats. I would love to try but I think that my apartment is to small for 2 cats…😢. Thanks for the suggestion though, I really appreciate it. 💕
