welcome to my attempt at waking up at 5AM for 3 days straight. Where there is nothing aesthetic here. Morning routines are not my cup of tea, however, I suppose it takes just finding the right tea. So thats what i'm doing, trying to find what routine works best for me. Heck, there may never even be a routine, but I have found I do enjoy waking up earlier and being more productive. Especially with this Arizona heat, earlier the better. Does anyone have any tips? Do I have any night owls in the chat? why is being a night owl just.... so amusing?🤣

Things you could try to help you sleep is nighttime tea, taking a warm to hot bath or shower to relax your muscles, for melatonin try natural melatonin, reading a boring book at bed time or doing something boring that would make you fall asleep, try sleep music such as rain ,piano ,thunder ,fan noise, ocean anything that is satisfying to the brain cafe videos , read your bible at night before bed and try to focus on the scripture , put a fan on you or try sleep with a stuffed animal or anything that would make you feel safe and comfortable. Also I just stared watching your channel and you are very relatable and I love that your yourself and are spreading love and the word of god at the same time not too long ago me and my family of 4 where sleeping in the car broke and homeless for a month and where just driving anywhere and everywhere sleeping on family's floors staying at friends' houses it was very scary and not knowing where I would be the next day but putting it in the hands of god really helped that and I'm just glad there are people like you spreading some light on that and the difficulties of it thank you so much and you are a wonderful girl and you are very beautiful and thank god you got out of that situation

Girl….. i don’t even have words…. I appreciate these recommendations so much! I’ve been doing better over here becoming a morning person! I still would like to try some sleepy time tea, hot showers do work! And so does working out ….. LOL… Thank you for sharing a little bit about yourself.. it’s truly nothing to be ashamed of. We all go through seasons and storms. I’m happy yours was a month or so, but even then… it’s tough. Especially when you don’t know when the end is going to come… i think that’s one of the hardest parts, is not knowing what’s ahead or what the time frame is. I appreciate you being so kind and encouraging. You’re so incredibly sweet. Thank you for being here and spreading YOUR light.. we need more people like you here 🤍🤍

I use a gallon freezer bag to freeze my bananas because I too am a smoothie lover. The trick is to peel them before freezing them. They usually break in half pretty easily to pop into the blender. ❤️🙏🏻🙌🏻

I had to cut out all caffeine in order to sleep and wake well, too! Amen! Try moringa powder, high in iron. You can sweeten it with pure stevia and add some vanilla extract and creamer, hot water or iced its so good and gives that matcha taste ❤ praying you find comfort in routine ❤

Magnesium Glycinate really helps me stay asleep. Also having a cozy night time routine sets you up for a cozy sleep. Peel the bananas before you freeze them and they store much better for smoothies. Sending love ❤

I use the sleepy time brand tea to help fall asleep and I’m out before I ever finish a cup. It’s always worth a try.

Hahaha dying laughing about the bananas. So I peel them and put them in a freezer ziploc and when imma make a protein smoothie or fruit smoothie I just grab what I need. Trust me it’ll be much easier if you do it that way girlie

I’ve done the same thing with bananas! 😂 I peel mine and break them up before I freeze them. Smaller chunks make it easier to blend too 😊

I wake up and go to bed at almost the exact time every single day. Its difficult when first starting out on a sleep schedule.

You need to consistently wake up at 5 AM and your body will adjust. The reason you’re going to sleep so late is because your schedule is really messed up. Once you start waking up at 5am every single day your body will slowly start to WANT to go to sleep at 10-11pm Good luck 👍 consistency is key

Yes! I fixed my sleep issues in 30 days by getting up at 6:30 every day no matter what. I took a nap if needed (before 4pm) but no matter how late I stay up I always get up by 6:30, and I am not chronically tired anymore.

I hope you see this! I struggle with falling asleep too! The ONLY thing that helps is when I listen to the rosary. Either on the Hallow app or some on KZbin. Drink sleepytime tea turn off all lights and listen to the rosary, turn your phone screen over. Also, I can’t listen to secular music the same either.

I used to despise getting up early but now that im older, i enjoy it. You feel better honestly. My son wakes up at 630 for school so i adjusted to that schedule(hes on summer break now). It takes about 6 weeks to really adjust to a schedule. Give it time. Youll get there.

6 weeks i will be keeping in mind!! I also heard it takes 30 days to make or break a habit? I can’t remember. But I’m on day like, 6?? Perhaps. Of waking up with the birds!! I feel great!🥹🤍

I am a nite owl too. Ever since I was young. I would like to change as well. God bless. Consider Magnesium Glycinate. Peel the bananas, then freeze. Use one broken up on bottom of blender for creaminess. Super high in carbs. Love the book of James. Yes, walks should help tire you out.

“Run to the father” by Cody carnes is a song that’s been in my head 😊 and man you gave me a lot to think about for myself, I have the option to goto work in the morning or nights but of course I pick nights 😅 nobody there except me and a guard dog(tyson German Shepard) that I love taking for walks at night with him around the compound. so adjusting to mornings gonna be rough but definitely need to try more 😭

I usually got to bed around 9pm. Days are long for me dealing with my health stuff. So by 9 I’m done. So I get up early and I like it! Butttt I’ve been staying up late and staying in bed til 9 or later in the morning and I don’t like it. So back to early bed time for me lol

Brook, I hope that you get rest. Have you ever thought of this, I forget what scripture it is, but it goes something like this, "Come to me and I shall give you rest". Any time that I could not get rest I have gone into deep prayer and wow, it works and you will get rest.

When you feel like you have nothing else to do inside you should go outside. Walk, read, play with Dace, sight see, museum.. there is a plethora of things to do. ❤️😜 I LEFT THIS COMMENT BEFORE WATCHING YOU GO OUTSIDE.. lol 😂 my bad.. 😅💛🌻☀️

Hahahhaha we had to start going out earlier because it’s too hot even during the evenings… it’s still 85°+ after 8pm and i don’t wanna be out in the dark. Especially with no vehicle right now is hard to sight see and do such things. We’ll get there!!🥹🤍🙏🏼

I thought Crush Pop had no caffeine and that tea had a ton... I could be wrong. But you've done great getting up early!!! I love getting up early - the morning is so peaceful and a great time to praise God ❤❤❤

I peel my bananas and cut them up then store them in the freezer! Then u can just take the small frozen pieces and throw them in the blender & don’t have to wait for them to thaw ❤

I broke my foot 3 times December 4 I'm a cna and I'm still off tea works the kava kava.but since I've been home I have no schedule!! And before that I had a car accident 9/23 fractures broken ribs then literally went back to 2 days and fell on the ice so I'm on no schedule and that's a bad song idl to it

I love to sleep in 1 or 2 I go to the couch at 7 gall asleep on and off till 11 go to bed than get up 19 times than I get up at 5 something feed the car water clean out her box give her treats do the dishes and sweep the floor go back to bed idd laundry but once a week I'm cheap and idw a high bill in my place we have ac washer dryer dishwasher that I used once I'm to cheap to run it so I do them!

Peel the bananas and THEN freeze them... those make awesome smoothies!! ...I slice them up and put them in a zip lock bag - and they're a yummy snack too!!

I keep my banana frozen and add less ice to my smoothie. Makes it nice and thick. No need to thaw them. I’m also a fan of the bagged frozen fruit. Easy. Esp during your period. Emergency fruit. ❤

Hahaha dying laughing about the bananas. So I peel them and put them in a freezer ziploc and when imma make a protein smoothie or fruit smoothie I just grab what I need. Trust me it’ll be much easier if you do it that way girlie
