Camoflquge. 22 minutes. Yes, beautifully expressed. The ego hijacks the "appearance of no-self" with words and mannerisms. It makes me think of dogs. They look past the outer projections and "sniff" the authenticity of the person.

Really enjoyed listening to your conversation. I just allowed it to flow through me. I did recognise in my thought stream 'oh, I wish I was like you guys, then recognised this as a thought', then thought to myself 'maybe I am awake, it's just I was expecting some seismic shift ' and whilst typing this am having a thought 'don't flatter yourself mate, you are just the same old ego lol'. Anyway plenty of food for thought, many thanks guys.

Great interview. Not too long ago I had a realization about everything ive experienced and have come in contact with. Then realized it was all thought. At that moment I had a total shift in consciousness but it went away and I am struggling to get back to it. I am liking the suggestions that Matt is presenting.

The hardest part is watching two personas discussing no separation and being a separate watcher. This is why non duality is so difficult for most people (I am still ‘seeking’, not realized or whatever conceptual wrapping one likes, so while all this is observable- the omnipresent nature of thoughts, until one experiences oneness, it all sounds very much like brain washing… no offense intended here, as I am trying to shift perspective, yet I feel no different, really, and even Angelo speaks of this paradox of no expectations of what it is, but also that the shift is a ‘holy shit!’ experience…. The talk of free will is triggering because of course we have free will.. simple exercise, find an ant, you can choose to crush it or let it skitter away… it’s only when one realizes both choices are thoughts, that it makes sense, but one really needs to tear the scaffolding down to see this, because the holocaust was someone’s choice that changed many people’s ‘present experience’. So I am still wrestling with that in all this… my ‘point of awareness’ is anchored to this body, and my present experience changes and flows with choices… do I drink at a seedy bar or a country club , for example.

Love your reflections. This is evidence of deep and honest practice and love for truth. No matter what you doubt or don't seem to understand, keep that energy and attitude alive and you will eventually reach satisfying answer. Maybe even beyond your expectations. Everyone has to do that work himself. We can only support each other in our exploration. Play with points of views. Try to develop multiple perspectives on one topic. And you may come to see that the existence of things is dependent on your point of view. Do enough of that and you will come to the insight of emptiness. Things aren't one way or another and are therefore empty on inherent existence. This includes everything, self, other, free-will, the universe, time, space...

You cannot dissolve some of yourself . You are not dissolving any self. There is no separate SELF doing anything 😆
